Does this sound like an effective workout?


Question by =]: Does this sound like an effective workout?
I'm trying to do the following things over the summer;
-Slim my thighs
-Shape my legs
-Lose love handles
-Lose arm flab

I would get up in the mornings and walk/jog 3.2 miles.
Do Yoga Booty Ballet maybe..three times a week?
Jump rope every day.
And then do Zone Pilates every day putting in twenty minutes for every area I want to work on.

Does this sound effective? This would all take place in a three month time span and there would be swimming, skating, and biking involved, but I can't schedule that in to an exact. I would also, at least once a week, go to my local fitness center and run some.

Yes, if you do them Mon-Sat.
Sunday you need to do weightlifting to tighten everything up.
And you need to be careful with your diet.
If you eat, more than you burn, you will not loose weight.
