Question by mike9626: Are women uncomfortable with men in their Yoga class?
I'm considering taking a beginners Yoga class, and I'm wondering if women are uncomfortable with men in the class. I'm in pretty good shape already (at least i thought), been lifting, cardio for 2 years, but I recently tried one of those 30 minute Yoga workouts on TV, and it's one hell of a workout. So I figured I'd give it a try.
