Question by Ravenfeather: I have had an asthma 'attack'. I haven't had one in two years. When can I start mild exercise?
This has only occurred a couple other times--2 years ago and 20 years ago.
I am recovering from lots of congestion in my lungs.

I had been doing Yin Yoga--a form of Yoga in which you hold the poses--designed for people over 50. How do I know if I'm exerting too much?
Okay. My question was about exercise...
Thanks for all your answers, but I guess I'm really trying to find out when I can return to exercising, since I'm still recovering. (This was not exercise-induced, it was a 'side effect of an illness.)

i been asthma all my life. it is way to many many way to get asthma attack. from? outside drity? dusty? animal? you smoke? asthma one problem watch out from medical pill is most cant use asthma. yea it is sad i uddy that life smile
