Question by marie: is this a good diet plan?
i sleep for a long time so i dont ever eat breakfast
for lunch i have salad with grill fish with a little bit oil and tiny amount of salt and pepper, and some italian dressing 60 cal a bottle
and then i do yoga, ride bike, practice taekwondo kicking, and stretch each foe 15 min. So technically i excercising for 1hr a day, everyday. i rest for 15 min and for dinner i have the same thing as lunch. i drank 2-3 bottle of water a day. No snack...
will i lose weight in about 3 weeks ?

Best answer:
Sounds like you aren't eating enough. Eating too little will negatively impact your health and fat loss. Your metabolism will slow down and you'll burn fat even slower. There's really no point to not eating enough.
