Question by Mark _: What should I, as a male, wear to a yoga class?
I'm taking a yoga class this summer at a local community college as my phys ed requirement, and I was curious as to what would be the most practical attire to wear for the class. It says to come in the first day dressed to participate. I'm thinking just a t-shirt and gym shorts, probably sneakers.

Anyone know of anything better? I'm not really looking to get into fashion, I'm just curious as to what a college yoga instructor would expect her male students to dress in. I assume the t-shirt and gym shorts simply because it seems to be the most practical attire for any type of physical activity.

Thanks for any help.
I should elaborate. We're having to bring our own yoga mats.
