Question by minminki: Workout plan for an hour a day?
I am a female pre-med and I don't have much time to work out. I have about an hour a day do so I was wondering, is there an ideal workout plan for me to do to get into shape for the summer? I am 5'3 and I bulk up easily from muscle. I want long, lean muscles, think jennifer aniston, megan fox, kelly hu, minka kelly, and sophia bush. Fit looking but lean and slender.

My trouble areas are jiggly arms, a gut stomach, love handles, thick jiggly fat thighs, and my calves. Well technically I don't have fat in my calves, my calves are HUGE already, they are pure muscle. They are bigger than my brother's who is a football player and is 6'4. But anyways I want a workout that will help slim down those areas big time. I don't have access to a gym. The most access I have is a treadmill and an eliptical. No weights or any other gym equipment. I am considering yoga or pilates, I heard pilates is better when it comes to weight loss and lean muscle building. But I don't have a gym anywhere near me.

Please don't recommend any dvd's, I can't stand them. I have ADD when it comes to them. I can only pay attention for 5 minutes.

Can someone help me please? My doctor has also advised me to lose weight because I am at risk. Hopefully I will be fit when bikini season comes around.
I am someone who has tried overtime to lose weight. I have tried P90X, believe it or not, it did not work for me, yoga videos, pilates videos, the exhale core fusion video, dieting, cleansing. Nothing has worked. I am one of those people who have issues losing weight.

Also I want inexpensive ways. Like I said I am a college student. I don't have much money :(
