Question by ace: Is it possible to grow after a certain age?
I`m a 24 old guy, approaching 25 soon. From many sources, i came to know that there is very little or almost no chance to grow tall after 18 or 21 max. I`m only 5' 7.5" and i feel so short :(. I would like to know whether it is possible to have growth spurts at any age and if it is possible to induce the growth spurt by any means and how much height can i attain on a maximum after trying really hard.

Also, besides growing taller, I would like to know if it is possible to increase my bicep size. My current bicep size is 11.5 inches. Most people say that the average is 14.5 inches. So, i`m much below average, i guess... I got a medium frame body and a slim profile. My wrists are also very thin at 6 inches around. Sometimes i feel like i might break the bones of one hand with the other.

I`m afraid i might never be able to add muscle if i neglect it at the right age. I`m also afraid that i`m too old to grow or build muscle. I do 1 hour of yoga and also some 50 push-ups daily since a few days ago. Please advice me a good solution for good results. I`m not after a quick fix. But i would be glad if i can get positive results in over 1 or 2 years time. I`m so desperate now, as it might be too late for me if i wanted to attempt anything of what i wanted, in my 30s or 40s...
