Question by Jennifer: What is the best way to lose weight without hurting myself?
I have struggled with my weight for a long time and now that im 16 i wanna lose the weight so i can feel good about myself. i am very self conscious about it and i dont feel comfortable in anything a wear. im trying to start exercising but sometimes i have no motivation whatsoever. i do like doing yoga and i have tried pilates,and walking, and all sorts of things to get my heart pumping but then i stop cuz i see no results. and when it comes to eating sometimes i will eat very little or too much and i have been drinking water nonstop for a month . i hate worrying about my weight and i struggle with it all the time even as we speak. can someone please help me?!
