WOW you run 50-60 miles an hour on t/r/sun mornings!!?! I'm impressed!! Just kidding... but yes. Your workout routine does sound good. If you do gain weight, it will probably be good muscle weight and you shouldn't worry about it. Weight isn't the problem. Your body composition and health is. If you are healthy and have a normal body fat, then you shouldn't worry about what your weight is. It sounds like you do good cardio, but don't forget it's important to let your body rest for a day. It needs the time to recover and you actually do get better benefits if you let your muscles rest at least once a week. Also I see you doing abs every day, isolating doesn't work. If you want a 6 pack focus on lowering your body fat percentage through maintaining your current cardio routine and altering your diet.
