I dont want to go outside to workout anymore seeing as ive been made fun of by my peers (im in middle school...) and the weathers been really bad anyway.
i have no excersize equipment at home.

Heres my plan:

-30 min yoga
-15 min jogging in place
-3 sets of actual excersizes (crunches, situps, squats, etc)
-15 min jogging in place
- 3 sets again
- 15 min jogging in place

then, later in the day i can place dance, dance revolution for 2 hrs.

can i lose a minimum of 30 lbs before the end of august with this plan?

how many calories should i eat?
btw, i dont want to be muscular at all (not even the "feminine" sort of muscularity).

i just want to be skinny and flat.
