urgent help, need a diet.?

My goal is to lose weight.
it was my new years revolution but ehh I kind of gained weight lol
so I wanna lose 15 pounds in ... less then 25 days.
please dont ask for my weight and height .. i dont think it really helps butt okk.
I'll:
Exersice all the time. I';ll take breaks but i'll be more active.
I'll run,dance,do yoga, pilates(how do you do pilates,?) push ups, crunches, and more...
food:
water, juice, and milk every three days (I have to cut down on dairy) I'll eat salads, and for example, I'll eat half a chicken sandwhich instead of all of it. I'll eat about 800-1200 calories.
but only untill I see changes ..
sometimes I'll shift calories ..
plus ill eat ssssalads and fruits.
I need a diet plan. With atleast ten tips :) for ten points.
