I'm 15, 121 pounds, 5'6''. I want to tone up before school starts.

So everyday I...
Walk my dog for 30 minutes.
Do yoga and strengthening exercises on the Wii Fit Plus 30 minutes.
Do 5 minutes of Hula Hooping on the Wii Fit Plus.
Do leg and hip exercises (about 15 minutes).

So I burn like 225 calories a day, according to the Wii Fit.

I'm also trying to eat healthier and not snack just because I'm bored.

Should I do this everyday or every other? I was thinking I could alternate this with going for a run and playing Dance Dance Revolution.
