Question by : Multiple Yoga Questions?
I have many questions so please answer them as detailed as possible.
1. Does yoga truly help lose weight? (I'm going to alternate what I do on different days. Like Some days run some days video workouts some days work out dances and I know all of those help lose weight but does yoga? I dont want to wast my time on something that wont help. I did yoga today. But I just felt like i was stretching the entire time.)

Are those good to for starting yoga? Or to light. I want to lose alot of weight. I know it will take time but i need to push myself into hard workouts.
I can't buy anything so are there any youtube videos or free videos on a website that would be good to do???
