I have started my way of eating all over again...I am only eating fresh fruit and vegetables right now...I am going to bring in the whole wheat stuff later on...but not meat! I am chosing to give up meat...
I am used to eating fast food everyday...so I am working healthly foods in a little at a time...My exercise options are: kickboxing/dance dvd, yoga dvd, exercise bike, 5 pounjd dumbbells, one of those bars with weight on them, walking around my neighborhood or at the zoo...
What are the best fruits and veggies to eat to lose weight...also what whole wheat stuff is best...and exercises are most effective in weight loss?
No weight loss programs they cost too much money...
