I'm 5'2" 3/4 and 90.6 lbs. And I don't wanna lose anymore weight but I don't wanna gain much either. I'm 14 years old and 2 months and female. And my activity level is light active. I can't exercise alot due to other reasons. But I exercise 3 times a week maybe more but it's not hard exercise at all. It's walking maybe 30 minutes or playing the kinect for Xbox for 30 minutes or yoga. Is 1,630 calories good to MAINTAIN my weight because this is the average of what I got from a bunch of websites and I know I don't maintain on above 2,000 calories because if I eat that or higher I gain weight. And is this a healthy breakfast?

2 slices of aunt millie's whole grain light toast - 70 calories
Regular flavor oatmeal instant Kroger brand - 2 packets - 220 calories
Skim milk(for the oatmeal)- 3/4 cup - 60 calories
Sugarfree Jell-O - 1/2 cup - 10 calories
Oscar Meyer turkey deli fresh lunch meat - 6 slices - 45 calories
Total: 405 calories
Was that healthy for breakfast? I am going to eat more later but that was just breakfast this morning. I'm trying to limit my sugar and fat grams but I wanna eat enough to maintain my weight around were I am now.

That's a lot of calories for breakfast. It is always preferable to have 5-6 meals at 300 calories each to get the best results and maintain good health.

You do have a balanced breakfast, but I suggest 1 packet of oatmeal along with the other stuff as you have quite a bit of fiber in 2 pkgs of oatmeal and that can work against you in the long run.

1600 calories is good for maintenance but you should not worry so much about every bit of food you eat. Eat slowly until you are 2/3 full then stop. Eat again after you are hungry for about 15 minutes to half hour. It is always better to eat when you get hungry and in small amounts at a time.
