Yoga focuses on relieving all stress in your body. Dinner with your family gives you an oppertunity to open up and release some things that might be bugging you. Its always good to go out and have fun. The club can make you feel like nothing in the world is wrong and that might be what you need. Tv is relaxing and can take your mind of problems of your own.
