Question by aeadri: Will yoga/pilates make me look taller?
I'm 22 and it's clear I'm not growing anymore. I would like to at least create the illusion that it's taller though so will yoga or pilates work? If not, what exercises will?
Also, if anyone has any ideas as to how I can look or be taller, I'd love to here them. I just don't really care so much about outfit ideas. Thanks
