Question by Mystical: How do I get my hands to stop sliding on the Yoga Mat in Downward Dog?
Is there a specific kind of mat to buy that helps with this? Also how do you get your mat to not roll up at the end?

When I roll out my mat, yes, the end where roll started tends to curl upwards.
I just roll the last 8 inches or so in opposite direction and hold about 20 seconds; then it usually lies flat.
I try to alternate which end I start the roll from when finished, so that roll doesn't always start from same end.
