Question by kerrykatona: anyone success losing weight with one main meal a day and a fruit snack?(really appreciate positive answer)?
I will start my diet tomorrow.eat one main meal( chicken salad or a homemade grilled chicken with tomato sandwich, may be an apple if hungry) and a fruit/yogurt snack. and light exercises(pilates or yoga , may be treadmill(lol, i'm addicted to it)
I just want to know the success of others to draw motivation.
I would not change my mind so plz anyone against it , don't bother answer.
I'm 5'3 and weigh 190 pounds and I've been overweigh all my life.I lost 30 pounds 1 year ago and maintain it but the scale don't move down and i have tried anything available ( eat healthy every 2 -3 hours, fruit diet..)and jesus. I'm a exercise fanatic.(at least 1 hour everyday, sometimes 2 to 3 )

thats not healthy :P and not a good way to lose weight
listen, all you do
is eat fruit for break fast
and a salad for lunch and a salad for dinner then go on treadmill
