I just started P90x this week (on Monday) and I absolutely love it. I've been working out in a gym for years with weights and am surprised to find how challenging p90x is. I love a challenge. However, I did the yoga DVD tonight and was quite surprised to find it to be the hardest of all the workouts. I am not fat, yet I cant touch the floor when I bend over or cant get my leg in position from plank to sprinters pose and so on. Dont even get me started on downward dog. Someone call Michael Vick! lol just kidding. But anyway. I dont want to give up on it. Would it be best for me to xstretch for a few weeks to get more limber and start yoga in the next phase or should I continue to struggle and hope to naturally adapt? thanks for your answers!
