Workout And Deit Plan... Will This Work?


Question by : Workout And Deit Plan... Will This Work?
I have recently lost just over 100 lbs.. I am 17.. and 5'9. I was very overweight when I lost the 100. Now my goal is 30-40 more by december. I want to lower my overall body-fat percentage and get more tone, although I do have a nice base from all the exercise it took to drop the 100. I'm just curious on people's opinions if my plan will work.. and if anyone has suggestions or information.. Thanks!

Here's my plan.
Sunday-Friday

Up at 5:30 eat a piece of fruit and do either 60 minutes of weight training and cardio or at least 40 minutes of cardio

Than eat a Decent meal with protein and fiber

School (I'm a high school senior)

Lunch: Fruit with a protein water or beverage like that

Than home from school: another piece of fruit than a 4 mile bike ride

Dinner: Large salad- chicken, lots of greens, peppers, cucumber, tomato, small amount of cheese, and fat free ranch.

I tend to snack at night and I'm trying to cut it out... If I do snack it tends to be Kashii Go Lean Crunch or an apple and fat free yogurt.

Saturday is my one day off. I still pretty much stick to the diet with the small meals but instead of the cardio or weight training I do 50 minutes of yoga in the morning.

Can I lose 30-40 more lbs with this plan? If not, How can i tweak it to work?
