Question by : how did i do today , how can i improve?
today i had a binge .
i've had .
some candy.
a bread roll .
an organic yogurt.
packet of crisps.
a hot cross bun .
lasagna & chips.

but i did an hour on the wii fit (mixture of yoga , muscle workouts & aerobics) and i ran 3kms .

if i eat way less but keep up the excercise how much could i lose in 3 months . and honestly how did i do today .

im 125lbs, 5ft4 and 14 :)

don't eat too much less - make sure you keep your caloric intake above 1200 calories per day. honestly, that isn't that much to eat in one day, and if you keep it up with exercise, you could lose a lot in three months (it depends on your metabolism, current weight, height, etc).
you should try eating foods that are more nutritious, however. there isn't any sufficient amount of protein in any of the foods you ate today, and you're missing fruits and vegetables. try to cut down on your consumption of refined carbohydrates and increase the amount of protein in your diet. for optimum weight loss, consume between 1200 and 2000 calories. good luck
