Question by whitebuttons: How many squats to do per day?
if i want to loose 2 inches of thigh fat quick then how many squats should i do a day?
not the type of squats that use weights; just the ones where you go up and down and up and down with your bodyweight
also should i jog a mile each day?? and do yoga? i eat really healthily so foods not an issue.
when will i be seeing results by? thanks!

do it every other day. 3 sets of 25. maybe a set of each kind u like. google different kinds. yea maybe do an hour of yoga twice a week. and run! it will help the most. good luck. :)
