How do you control yourself in Bikram Yoga?


Question by gigi: How do you control yourself in Bikram Yoga?
I've been wanting to try out bikram hot yoga for a while now but I've read that you have to at least drink 1 or 2 litres of water before classes starts. I've drank 1 litre of water in the past and have been busting to go to the bathroom every 5 to 10 minutes.

Is there a way to control yourself? Do you sweat out all the water you've drank?
Do the instructor let go to the bathroom during class?

Best answer:
Don't drink it all in one sitting. Space it out throughout the day leading up to class. If you chug it all down the hour before class starts, you'll just want to pee the entire time.
You'll probably sweat it out in class and teachers don't usually let you leave the room so make sure you go to the bathroom before class starts.
