Question by steph_pete1329: Ive been really stressed lately. What yoga positions can help?
Lately I have been noticing my back and neck getting really tense, to the point that I need to crack it. If not, I feel this anxiety that if I dont crack it, its going to stress me out even more and the tension gets worse.
So im turning to yoga positions that may help.
If anyone knows of anything else that can help, dont hesitate posting it up here.
But if you can help me with some yoga techniques that can help relieve my back, neck, and just help me relax more, please let me know.

All of them...buy a dvd and get to it. Relaxing is more of peace and quiet and breathing in oxygen. You can do that by finding a quiet corner too
