Which exercise DVD do you think is best out of the following:

1) Jillian Michael's Shape Up Front / Back
2) Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga

5) Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

I am just getting back into exercising so I don't want anything that is going to kill me right off the bat ... however, I don't want anything too laid back either. I want something that is going to be good for someone getting back into the swing of things but will get results.

ANY SUGGESTIONS? Thanks in advance!

(***Before anyone suggests going to the gym, etc... that's not an option for me. I'm a full-time mom of a 2 and 4 year old, am going to school, and I have a husband that is deployed so, my schedule is a little too full for a gym membership, etc. Working out at home is pretty much my only option right now.***)

I dont have any idea about those, but I know that Zumba Fitness is a great DVD for home, it's fun and it's easy....You dont even feel like your working out by the time your work out is OVER!! You'll see results if you follow the program, but it's like any other program, plus when your husband returns, you'll be fit and a great dancer so you can take him Salsa dancing and he'll be so impressed! Not only do you lose weight but you learn to dance too! It's great!
