Question by Annonymous: I think I may have an OCD! Please Answer!!!!!?
~GERMS & CLEANLINESS~
Whenever I get done using Ipod, Phone, Camera, ETC...I wipe it down with a tissue and hand sanitizer. Nothing besides my bed set and pillows can touch my bed. I must take a shower and change before bed. Everything is constantly wiped down and cleaned. I can not go in public bathrooms, and if I absoloutely have to, i refuse to touch anything! I constantly sanitize my hands in school. Whenever I use school calculators, or even my own calculator, i wipe it down with hand sanitizer.
~RE-CHECKING~
Any little fuzzy or anything on my bed must be removed, and then I keep checking for more. If i see a bug, I constantly re-check for them even in places I know I already check. I constantly check my shower to make sure there is not someone in there.
~ORGANIZATION & FIXING/CORRECTING~
Everything has a place, and everything stays in its place.
In my bedrooom, it is scarily organized.
Lets say that a bottle of Perfume was sitting on my dresser...if the perfume's label is not turned forward I have to turn it forward.
If something is not straight, it gets straightened.
If I'm writing in school and the I write a letter and it is weirdly shaped, I have to fix it before handing in the paper!
~ROUTINES~
(Morning Routine before School)
6:30-Go to the bathroom & take a shower.
6:40-Get dressed, then do hair & makeup.
7:20-Choose Accessories
7:25-Eat Breakfast.
7:40-Do Yoga
(After School)
3:10-Change Outfit.
3:15-Take Care of my Puppy.
3:30-Tidy up my bedroom.
3:40-Do my homework & Study.
(Night Routine Before Bed)
8:00-Take a Shower
8:20-Change into Pajamas & Prepare my hair for the next day.
8:30-Choose my outfit for the next day. Pack my Back Pack, and Plug in both my Ipods, Phone, and Camera.
Please help, and please do not reccommend a doctor!
