Question by GirlyGirl56: Is it possible to get toned while still eating regularly?
I've been doing exercise workouts for the past couple of weeks. I've been doing 8 Minute Abs about every day and been doing other videos like Jillian Michaels and some yoga workouts as well. However, I haven't really changed my diet much and I was wondering if it is still possible to see results? like today, I ate a granola bar and yogurt for breakfast, some canned peaches as a snack, a small sandwich and bbq chips for lunch, cracker jacks as a snack, a burger with broccolli and mac n cheese for dinner, and oreos as a dessert. Looking back at this, i probably just need to cut back on my food in take. But anyways, this morning I did jillian michaels yoga meltdown level one and my 8minute abs routine. I also swam for a couple of hours while watching my siblings. If you know of anything i could improve on looking at all of this please let me know! thanks :)
