P90X Yoga X and Performance Anxiety?

Question by : P90X Yoga X and Performance Anxiety?
i have to take a speech class next semester (january - may) and there will be 2-3 big, 5+ minute presentations throughout the semester and i am TERRIFIED. but if i started doing yoga x NOW 2-3 days a week and took it seriously, would it help alleviate the anxiety that im already feeling?

im aware that theres different types of yoga and some types are geared more towards exercise and not "union with the absolute", but im not sure which type yoga x is geared more towards.

ill also be working out and practicing optimism in the next few months to help me prepare, but i really hope yoga x will help lots.

thanks!

PS - if you can give me tips on calming down and being more confident for my speeches thatd be great, thanks!

Best answer:
I have suffered from extreme anxiety my entire life until about a year ago. I didn't even realize how bad it was until I was in my mid 20s and starting having panic attacks and such. Then I found a treatment that really freaking works. Its called the Linden Method you can google it the entire course is $ 97 but it changed my life. I also want you to know I am in no way affiliated with them. I have also done the entire p90x course for 3 months straight and it didn't help. Their course teaches you how to conquer anxiety without medication and you will have the confidence to face all your fears head on. I hope this helps good luck! Also I am posting a great personal development site for you to do some free reading on it helps 2.
