All of the sizzle is in the seaming detail: the center back leg seam curves up into the yoke creating a semi-circle in the seat, and ends in a stylish and movement-enhancing petal-slit hem. With no side seams and our signature fitted waistband, this is our most yoga-friendly style. Constructed of Soybu Stretch RE-FLEX fabric, this capri will make your backside your best

Question by Crazy Danzer: Should a girl feel embarresed if someone sees her period stain?
I was in my yoga class earlier and I must've started my period during the class. Because after the class a woman came up to me and whispered to me that a red spot was on my pants. I ran to the restroom after that and saw a it. It wasn't vey big, but it was still kind of noticeable. There was no way I could hide it and I had to leave the gym like that infront of quite a few people(especially older males)
Should I feel embarresed to go back to the class?
Best answer:
Nah, don't feel embarrassed. Everyone, even men, know that women have menstrual cycles, so it's not like it's a secret. Sure, it might feel a little embarrassing that it caught you off guard, but it's definitely nothing to be ashamed of. It's nice that the lady mentioned it to you - she was just being thoughtful so you wouldn't stress about it when you noticed later.
Just shrug it off. Things happen. It's all good.
