I'd like to start doing yoga, but I'm not really sure where to start? I'd like to tone up a little, especially in my abs and arms, and gain better posture and balance. But I'm not sure what poses to do or how to organize a routine for myself? I've got 30 minutes tops for the routine, so it needs to be kind of short. And please no recommendations for youtube videos or live-teacher websites. :P Thanks in advance! (:
