Question by Wonders: Will using the yoga ball for doing sit ups make me gain muscle and make me put on weight?
I want to lose the weight around my mid area, effectively. But, I'm worried that me doing this excercise will cause the muscles in my stomach to get larger and only make my stomach portrude more. Any ideas? Am I right or wrong? I want flat toned abs... and I don't want to gain weight.

You will build muscle. Muscle burns fat. The ball is a very effective way to get toned abs.
