Question by : do i really need a yoga mat?
i just started doing yoga at home. I havent been using a yoga mat and i dont have carpet. It doesnt bother me at all when i do yoga and i have no problem with slipping. I used a towel the first time but it was slippery and distracting. I have no money nor will i have enough to buy a yoga mat anytime soon.
