I gained 50 pounds in 3 months on steroid therapy (Dexamethasone) when I had radiation illness 5 years ago. I've lost all the weight and I am fit, but my love handles are a squishy embarrasment! Every time I put on low rider pants, what fits my hips is too small at the waist. I am 5'8" female, 135 pounds.

I do crunchies every day on my yoga ball and about 25 mins on the treadmill. I'm already taking a thyroid scrip to correct what the roids did to my adrenals. help! :)
