Question by Kim<3: Doing yoga on the carpet is bothering me can you help me out?
when i start to do yoga on the carpet and i start to sweat and get warm i feel like its sticking to me and it feels all gross. i tried laying down a blanket or towel but it doesnt work. we dnt have any hard floors but in the small area of the kitchen so i cant lay out a yoga mat. what should i do? besides go to a gym nd do it there.
