This is what i am doing
-No junk/ fast food
-No sugar
-No whites (past, bread and rice)
-No high quantities of Salt...
I go for
- fresh fruits and veggies
- whole grain pasta/slice bread
- lean meats..Chicken breast/ Fish/ Turkey
- 2 liters+ of water
- 60 minutes of slow-fast pace walking (7 days a week)
-40 minutes of yoga (7 days a week)
-16 minutes of ab work -my truble zone-( 3days a week) or 8 minutes of Bun work (3 days a week)
-8 minutes of arm work (3 days a week) or 8 minutes of Leg work (3 days a week)
- 7-8 hrs of sleep

I am 110 lbs ...5'3... 21 years old Female...i want to lose these 10-15 lbs...Maximum of 30 days...

I want to know: is this going to work and am I gonna see results soon... (i am on vacation and am at home most of the time) so I am worried....and How many kgs am i gonna notice i lost in each week if this is good??

You sound like your at an ideal weight right now...
This is a good routine though....Maybe you might just want to tone up a bit?
