Question by X: is this workout plan good?
i'm 8 stone 3lbs and i would like to lose some weight. at the moment, i am training myself to run 'race for life' in aid of cancer research.
i eat fairly healthy, no junk food whatsoever.
my plan-
monday: running after school
tuesday: running after school, then swimming
wednesday: nothing (youth club)
thursday: running after school, but yoga at school
friday: paper round after school (lots of walking for 1.30hr), and basketball during school
saturday: out with friends
sunday: running
would that be good?

Yes this is a good workout plan. But do other things too, such as lifting.
