Question by Aquarius17: Is it ok for yoga therapy to be done in a group or should be 1 to 1?
It is necessary to explain to the yoga instructor any limitations or areas where certain yoga postures are not to be done
Best answer:
Check with your yoga studio to see if they offer yoga therapy as a group or on a private basis. Because yoga therapy is more specialized to the individual than a regular yoga class, some studios will only do private sessions. it is vital to share any limitations with the instructor to avoid any injury and to allow the instructor to choose the proper poses that will offer the most benefit.
