Question by Serenityx16: Why does my upper body hurts when I sneeze?
It was my first time doing yoga for an hour 2 days ago and my body was achy the next morning. Yesterday, I had an intense one hour workout on my guts, butts and thighs. My body ached worse this morning and when I sneeze, my stomach area pains me so bad. It feels like the ache is 20 times worse. Is this normal? Could the pain indicate something more serious that I should check out?

Best answer:
I think you had a hard workout, and your body's complaining that you didn't work up to 1-hour workouts. I'm not a doctor, and can't see you face-to-face, but I think all you need is some over-the-counter pain meds, maybe a hot water bottle on your stomach, and a day or 2 or rest from your workout regimen.
