I like to exercise but i really like yoga more because it relives tension and its is way more relaxing than strenuous and repetitive exercising.

Yoga is mostly a "core" program. Anything that works balance and posture is working your core as the primary muscle group. Secondary can include chest, arms, legs, etc. Yoga poses work well because it works micro-muscles in addition to big muscles. The results are superior to weight training alone.
Here are some position for chest, but again, they work the chest as a secondary muscle group.
