Question by Dolphin: Can yoga really make you more flexible?
please answer honestly, not just "of course it can." i have been a runner all my life and i have always been at least 1 foot away from touching my toes. i would really like to be more flexible, and have tried stretching and yoga, but have never gotten the results. can you really make yourself more flexible? have any of you actually accomplished it yourselves?
