Question by Carly: Which should I do, yoga or pilates?
I am very active (runner), but when I exercise I tend to get bulky, especially in my thighs. I want to look more feminine so I was thinking about trying yoga or pilates. Which will give me thin, lean results?

Yoga Burlington is for me one of the best stress relievers in the world. This is why I always start and conclude my week with it. Within a hurried community it is definitely decent to find some thing which can make you reflect and simply calm you down.
Ever since I've reached the age of 20 I started making a listing of items that I should have room for every single week in order to hold a definite balance in my life and on the top of the list are:
1. Conduct Yoga Burlington having a perspective2. Listen to an electronic and / or country music band 3. Take a stroll in the park and see a few animals4. Enroll in my Master's degree classes 5. Head out to work every week day 6. Attend "Important" Monday meetings7. Visit and hang out with my family at our home in the suburbs8. Have a few cocktails with friends or go on a date
Then it all goes back to the most important thing on my listing which is of course Yoga Burlington.
You see my Yoga Burlington lessons start at 4:30 each morning on Monday that I really think should be the start of the legal week, that's why I think of Monday being my first day of the week. I get up at 3:30 each morning, jog to the park near my apartment where you see early runners and fellow Yoga Burlington aficionados getting ready for the Yoga Burlington lessons that our municipality sponsors. Then after one hour I run to the neighborhood cafe to have a cup of coffee then plan for my "important" Monday morning meetings in the office - cross out numbers 1 and 6.
After having a day in the office my friends and I, we go for a walk at the park I then walk all the way to my apartment, I go walking partially because I wish to see the city as well as the people I meet up with in the roads, to have a bit more exercise and mainly because the cost in riding cabs are very absurdly high-priced, and acquire some rest for the next day. Cross out number 3.
Then on Tuesdays and ThursdaysI have night classes in the University to have my Master's degree. In Wednesdays a few of my friends and office co-workers get together for a great cup of coffee as well as a nice drink at our favorite caf? and bar, Demitree's. At Demitree's they play really cool electronic house music and each end of the month a little country to change the mood. Search them up, trust me you'd like it! Cross out 2, 4, 5 and 8.
Then, here arrives the weekends, my favorite period of the week. I get to go home and devote precious time along with my family. Have barbeque and teas. You then say to yourself you're truly happy.
And then on Sunday, I go to our Yoga Burlington studio and take a Yoga Burlington session to wrap up the whole week happily. Understanding that all things are one, everything is peaceful and everything okay.
Hope you can tell yourself a similar thing I tell myself each day before I sleep : Life is really good.
