Question by I AM WHAT I AM!: What kind of clothing do you need to wear to a yoga class? Do I need to bring a mat?
I'm taking a beginning class. I was planning on wearing sophies sneakers and a tank top with my hair pulled back is that okay? Also I was wondering what to expect for the first time... I don't care for rolling around on the floor and getting some kind of staff lol

Sounds good. & Just add some short leggings. Anything you can stretch in & feel comfortable is recommended. :)
& Usually you bring your own mat, unless they supply them.
