This is my yoga routine, I only do about 44 minutes, plus another 10 minutes of ab ripper. Hope u all enjoy. For this wkout I use Tony Hortons voice as a soundtrack, lol. I there was a way that I could download jus the sound to yoga onto my ipod I could do it straight from that, without my dvd player. "Fountain of Youth Yoga" is from One On One with Tony Horton. It is a 45 minute workout and a great substitute for Yoga X if you are short on time or want something different. There are also new moves in this yoga workout that are not in Yoga X. I highly recommend adding this workout to your fitness library. Yoga is a very important aspect of fitness.
