I don't know if I am over training?


Question by Try hard: I don't know if I am over training?
I normally do 30 push ups 50 sit ups 50 dumbbell lifts (each arm) 30 jack knives some twists and yoga/palates to help streach am i over working?

no i dnt think so bt if u r under 18 u might be. if u do tis everyday thats alot of energy u r using bt i think u will b fine
