How can i gain upper body strenghth?


Question by : How can i gain upper body strenghth?
I can do about 4 push ups the correct way. I'm not over weight or skinny i would say i'm average. The only exercise equipment i have is two 15 pound weights and a yoga ball. I'm a girl and i'm still in my teen/tween years so i can't do anything too difficult. Thanks!

Can you curl the weights?

Press them over your head while lying on the floor.

Shoulder shrugs, 20-30 2 sets

Lay on the ball, push the weights on the ground in front on you, and s l ooo ly drag them back to the ball.
