Question by i'm me: I get this anxiety so much sometimes. Should i turn to yoga or go to a psychiatrist?
I've seen this guy that goes on tv and does this yoga exercises and says some amazing stuff, something like really insightful quotes. I really like it a lot and I got this anxiety problem that gets in the way when I like some girl a lot. Sometimes I don't necessarily get this anxieties when I like someone so much, but some random times also I get this annoying feelings and make feel down and messed up all in my mind.So, who I should go to?yoga?psychiatrist?psychologist?or what?Thanx in advance! and hope someone can help;)

I would say do both. The yoga will help you decrease / control your stress, and it is healthy. So you know it will help in ways other than just your anxiety with a girl. Maybe over time your anxiety with the girl will go away with regular yoga.
Also, I would see a social worker/mental health clinician or someone you can talk to about your annoyed feelings. Sometimes people just need to talk to someone else about their problems and then have someone else validate your feelings - or help you direct your feelings /thoughts.
Everyone could use a good person to listen to them - and a little yoga never hurt anyone.
I would say do both!
