no more trouble zones is good
30 day shred is great if you dont feel like working out for over 50 min
shred it with weights, havent used it but people say she has horrible form on the dvd and doesnt know how to do kettle bells properly
banish fat boost metabolism will kick your ass, but its boring
yoga meltdown, well, havent used it. but if you like yoga, id assume youd like it
