Question by ddti: Can you recommend a Good Yoga, Pilates or Tai-Chi workout DVD?
Anyone know of a good DVD? To Buy or Rent or even on youtube? Just something I can do at home when my gym is closed? Thanks!!!
Goal is to lean out lower body, so which ever video or workout you think would best achieve this?
