Tape #19 in the Koo Self Defense Video Series consists of KSD AEROBIC #4 which covers JUMP ROPE with 4 different types of footwork (also double jumps) for 15 minutes nonstop. After Jump Rope is 12 minutes of FLEXIBILITY/ STRETCHING (yoga) designed to give you a greater range of motion so as to prevent injuries from intensively anaerobic (Power Training) drills found in the other KSD Video Series tapes. Master Roger Koo also demonstrates beginner level Speed Ball Training.
